Scope of work

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to oversee operations retail business and provide strategic leadership. The Managing Director’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies and had experience in SET & SEC will be advantage.

Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the retail business with net profit by driving sales and controlling costs at projects level and fund level.
  • To closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
  • To take remedial action where necessary and inform the board of significant changes.
  • To represent the company to major customers professional associations and investors, build and maintain an effective executive team.
  • To Works with the all line managers and other Heads of Function to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Fund level (REIT) and ensures there are systems in place to enable the project managers to receive the information in a timely manner.
  • To Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit
  • To ensures all new projects proposals meet the required return on sales prior to submitting any recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • To takes a lead role in building a strong professional management culture with the operations team; spends time coaching all line managers.
  • To take decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources.
  • To work with the HR Business Partner to ensure all management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to chairs disciplinary, grievance, capability hearings and appeals as required

Requirements

  • Master degree in business or marketing or a related field with experience in financial consultant or business consultant is advantage with age between 40 – 47 years old.
  • Extensive experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plan in retail business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills with Thai and English.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office or new application software.
